Keep your system running smoothly
If your computer is running slowly, or has a habit of crashing, it's a good idea to do a bit of spring cleaning. Registry Gear is designed to clean up your registry files, allowing your PC to run more smoothly.
The interface is extremely clear, with a huge Scan button that initializes a Windows registry scan looking for errors or unnecesary files such as history lists, old shortcuts and invalid file paths. Scanning is relatively quick, and you are given a list of all the errors found afterwards. Like many registry cleaners, some of the error files are not explained, so you have to trust the program the errors really need deleting or fixing.
Despite this, Registry Gear doesn't cause any problems, and does its job very well. After scanning, you can repair the errors: Either all of the, or the ones you want to. For safety, Registry Gears will create a backup of your registry just in case something goes wrong. You can also defrag you registry, which will save you hard some drive space, as well as schedule regular and automatic registry scans.
Registry Gear is an easy to use, effective and nicely designed registry cleaner, which is surprisingly light on resources.

It doesn't work.
Same problem counted over 500 faults, then those error messages started popping up "Error No Disk -- and some memory location" had to use ctrl alt del to close it, and checked if I still had a HD :)used hard drive inspector too which found no problems with my HD.. I don't know what it was but it seemed as the error mess came from my Windows OS.First time I had this. And if my reg files was that f*ed up I doubt windows would start. Could have to do with my WinXP version, maybe?Still, don't like it.
Pros:
none
Cons:
Won't work More
